Fully qualified Nutritionist, international author and science journalist Honor Tremain, designs treatment plans for humans & pet food using the latest science, nutrition, longevity & eco information to work on health in a truly supportive way. Honor marries this with the wisdom of traditional medicine to have a science based & wholistic approach. Through interviewing scientists from all over the world on the latest discoveries on specific anti-inflammatory foods, herbs, spices and practices, Honor can suggest beneficial, effective and proven prevention and/or treatment strategies for any chronic illness, to help ease symptoms and/or help gain a recovery. Honor has been fascinated in longevity for years, & worked along side many expert scientists in this field, discovering many of the foods , treatments & unique ingredients that prevent illness and trigger weight loss, but also slow ageing. Some of these treatments have been used for thousands of years in traditional medicine, while some are new scientific revelations.
Treating Immune Issues & Allergies
Honor uses a combination of traditional medicine approaches and the latest in immune boosting and anti-allergy foods to treat these concerns effectively and quickly, using fun & Yum food as medicine recipes and supplements where needed.
Detoxing
Sometimes we all need a clean out, a detox, a fresh start to boost the metabolism, or just feel cleaner. There are particular herbs, spices and ways of eating that are gentle, safe and extremely effective that we use successfully here.

Honor has had years of success with clients who have found it difficult to fall pregnant previously. You and your partner will be sent for blood work and a semen analysis, and then we'll go through your current diet and lifestyle practices, tracking peak fertility for both partners. And develop a plan to enhance conception probability for a healthy, safe pregnancy.
Childhood Needs
Children go through varying needs from infancy through to early adulthood. Some of these needs can present as behaviour, concentration or learning issues, some as mental/mind confidence concerns. Some have skin or sleep worries. While other children are highly athletic and need more nutritional support there to reach their goals.
